Hi, I downloaded this backup, in the Kodi I installed the likes of Pheonix/ UK Turks/Genisis, however I cant get any of the addons to play, they open OK but are not playing.
Any help with this issue appreciated.

Although there was one initially that was a bit hit & miss, I do not think a working one exists for Vu+. So basically not available.

opkg install kodi-addons-meta

if on an OE-alliance image like OpeNATV - VIX - OpenBH, but don't make much difference as PVR only uses internal player in Kodi (no external) and that has no sound lol

If you find any different let me know, as the no sound is annoying and not sure why they recently added PVR is basically useless lol

Perhaps the left & right arrow keys around the OK button might work for you but both those and the ones you are used to using next to the 0 key work for me?

If you mean an m3u URL from an iptv provider. Then many options one simple way is

1. Put m3u as file on /media/hdd
2. Goto iptv player - local media - /media/hdd - choose your m3u and play channels.

Or

Use iptv bouquets - m2b converter to put into bouquets, research that as more involved.

Or if it's from a paid source then ask them also.

This image needs to be rebuilt as since creating this i have upgraded to a better build server & all old data was lost, here is a workaround until i have time to do so.

FTP to /etc/opkg & delete all files there then send in the ones in the attached zip file then enter the following in telnet.

Your image will then be using the feeds for the latest PLi 5.0 custom build & you will be able to install plugins, do not attempt online update as the sheer volume of updates since this build was made will result in you needing to reflash.

Many thanks for the backup i have just purchased a solo2 (genuine second hand) and not really used them before but used other enigma2 boxes but needed a image to test the box and found this one was really good so thanks again

Two problems:
Kodi goes to a black screen
TS Media crashes and causes a reboot

Any ideas?

Kodi takes a little longer to open than before but it should open after about 20 seconds.
Cannot help much with TsMedia crashing unless you can provide some idea of the cause like posting a crashlog file with any sensitive data removed first.

I was going to remove Kodi and TS Media from the Plugins to start again but when I click the red icon to Remove Plugins it says 'No new plugins found'.

I've just lefty KODI for at least 2 minutes and it is a total black screen.

I've just tried TS Media again and now I get this with Execution Fi showing on my VU+ Solo2 -

If I could delete them I could start again.
